Step 1: Discovery Call (30 minutes)
We start with a 30-minute call to map your current email workflow, identify your top three automation priorities, and collect the access credentials we will need. We document every integration point — your email provider, calendar system, CRM, and any other connected tools.
Step 2: Infrastructure Provisioning (2 hours)
We spin up a Docker container on your chosen infrastructure (Cloud VPS or Mac Mini Remote). The OpenClaw core is installed, configured, and security-hardened. All credentials are stored in encrypted vaults — nothing in plaintext, ever.
Step 3: OAuth Integration (2 hours)
We connect your email account, calendar, and any other tools via OAuth. This means the AI agent never stores your password — it holds only scoped access tokens that can be revoked at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Step 4: Workflow Configuration (4 hours)
